thank God! after moving house twice in the last 20 months, i was quite tired of moving.
our braddell house may not be the best home i had (river valley is still my best), but it is the 2nd best home i have had.
so i was hoping to stay on, despite the fact that we will be without devi ( we miss you girl!! it is less lively here ^^).
but God sends new secret member heh.
and i was hoping for a reduced rent.
so i spoke to our owner.
amazing she told me that before i called, she already had a thought that i would ask for the exact amount i was asking.
no hard bargain or anything.. she agreed to the new rent. yeah!
one of my unofficial resolutions this year,
is to wisely throw myself into situations where my faith is put into test.
for one reason or another, extending our contract for another year is one of such situations.
