its a fact that we all know actually.
humans tend to care more when they are given important position and responsibility.
in an organisation, you can often see the huge difference in someone's attitude when he/she is handed an important role.
well.. there are those who can't handle important roles of course..
but there are those who can only be at their best when they have such roles.
the true blue sanguine who live for spotlight moments.
the ones who usually don't attend regular meetings,
are now the regular attendants, even encouraging others to join.
the ones who talk about quitting are now cheerleading. =)
