..my battle stance..

two light songs from Jay's latest album, On the Run. when I began listening to his songs, I tend to love his melodramatic songs the most. but lately, i have consistently loved his lighter numbers the most, like ting mama de hua, and now yang guang zhai nan. having watched the MV, i thot it's a gud idea to paste Gakky's poster on the wall so i could look at the poster doing push-up everyday. like that, i am quite sure i could do 50 times push-up easily. and this one, tian tian de.

hoho it's 3.11 am and i am awake, studying ^^ woot.. this feels like NUS' final exam time. you are no longer blinking down there in this little window. that's the difference. =) i got M5 exam, was almost going to let it fail last night. it's suppose to be a relatively easy one but, i just didn't have the spirit to do it last night. so the only thing i could do was to read psalm, cried out to God.. and the next thing i know.. i am red hot today. ;) spent the whole afternoon studying at Mr Tea. at one time, there were four gals sitting behind me. and the prettiest (and hottest) among them, was telling her friends how she had atttempted suicide for couple of time. my bro said i should have turned to them and preached to them. i suppose i really should have done that heh. ONE MORE PERSON FOR JESUS!! whether i pass tomorrow.. i dunno. but i remember this sentence i learned last year. with God, i make no provision for failure. as for the house finding, lydia just forwarde...

entering 2008.. I asked God what is in store for me this year. not many clear hints but.. something inside me told me that there would be more travelling. well.. maybe. if i return to my hometown for YOUR wedding! hah ^^ or if i also make the trip to Makasar for Iwan's. and if the Israel trip does take place. but now.. i sense the storm. no, sense is not the word. i see it. it's always easy to tell someone else that 'everything works for our goodness, and God is faithful'. but storm is still storm. and i am still trembling. fear, but maybe i am also trembling out of excitement. and maybe i should now blindfold myself. and charge forward in faith. faith in the One who never let go.

Not that I think anyone would be interested to know but well.. i can't think of anything to say at the moment, yet i feel like typing ^^ Watched Jay Chou's Kungfu Dunk? Saw that kungfu manual called "Altering Universe"? So let me tell you the background of that name. "Altering Universe" is one of the most famous kungfu manuals in wuxia novels. The technique was introduced by Jin Yong in his well-loved novel, Heaven Sword and Dragon Sabre (Yi Tian Du Long Ji). The manual is a sacred property of Ming Sect. Ming Sect is of course, historically, the sect that overthrown the Mongolian Yuan empire and established the Ming dinasty. I forgot the details of the technique but I am sure you can't turn back time with the technique. You could copy your opponent's technique by seeing only once (something like Uchiha clan's sharingan), you could make your opponents fight each other, something to do with shifting of energy and stuff. But nothing to do with time ...

ini agak ridiculous, dan bikin malu.. tapi kenapa ya.. ngerasa deg2an kalo ngeliat si Aragaki Yui =P my gosh.. it's so teenager to be like that -_- anyway, di pelem My Boss My Hero, si cowo pemeran utama nya jg, deg2an n ngerasa dadanya sakit seh kalo mikirin si Yui. di pelem itu dibilank.. kalo ngerasa ampe ur heart really ache ky gitu, it means that you truly love that person. kalo dipikir2.. in my whole life.. deg2an seh sering lah.. tapi kalo heartache.. cuman sekali, dan karna satu orang, bener2 ngerasa jantung itu koq sakit banget. physically sakit. aneh jg. dan itu bukan karna ditolak. ato diputusin. cuman karena seorang cewe cerita. kalo dia uda jadian. dan cewe itu bukan cewe gua. atopun mantan cewe gua. sampe skrg maseh suka bertanya2.. apa bener gua bener2 cinta sama cewe ini? dipikir2 lagi.. uda lama banget ga ngeblog hal2 yang kaya gini. mgkn karna uda lama ga deg2an ky gini =P bkn brarti gua berpikir gua bisa dapetin cewe kaya Gakky seh. Saya maseh rasional, biarpun ...

The girl in the first clip is Aragaki Yui. Along with Horikita Maki, are two most outstanding under-20 Japanese's actresses at the moment, according to wikipedia. I think both of them are truly mesmerizing. But I tend to like Yui more. I suppose.. that's my definition of beauty. And this is Horikita Maki..

Probably not many would have big enough ego to name his movie soundtrack the way Jay Zhou does. Zhou Da Xia could be translated as 'Swordsman Chou".. the movie obviously is all about one man. Granted, he is the number one in Chinese music industry at the moment.

Another legendary RPG series. First Wild Arms- the only one I completed. Everything about this game is awesome. I borrow the cd from Budi, my hiskul mate who is famous for his pretty onee-chan ^^

Tales RPG series are outstanding in terms of their character design which is very very manga to me. And they also have great opening songs. Colorful world. Cool anime scene. And fun battle system. Tales of Abyss- the main character looks cool. Haven't played. Tales of Phantasia- Hmm.. I think I played this one before also. Tales of Destiny- My first Tales game. One of best RPG soundtracks I have ever heard, up there alongside "Suteki da ne" of FFX, and Aerith's theme song of FFVII, imo.

Nice hokkian song by Ah Du and dunno who! These SHE songs are funny ^^

A song of freedom.. Beyond's best song in my opinion. Never really follow the band but this song.. it's kinda legendary.
