Is Daniel (the bible fellow) a EUNUCH?
For those who dunno what eunuch is, you gotta watch more wuxia (pelem silat).
Can start from one of my favorite story with eunuchs,
Wei Xiao Bao (the guy with 7 wives =P )
Biblical reference (Daniel 1:3 Amplified):
And the [Babylonian] king told Ashpenaz, the master of his eunuchs, to bring in some of the children of Israel, both of the royal family and of the nobility.
Lawrence Khong argued that..
because these royal family members (daniel and co are in this group) are brought in by the master of eunuchs..
most likely they were also made eunuchs (that's how it was in those days).
of course there is chance that thru some miraculous ways,
daniel and co were not made eunuch (or God reversed the effect of the 'cutting').
but the bible did not record any offspring or family of daniel and co.. all the four of them.
so it seems possible that Lawrence Khong's theory was right.
Anyway, his full msg was wonderful.. I will post that one later.
