"Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear"
I will always remember this advise, spoken by Myles Palmer's dad.
It gotta be one of the most fitting advise for today's world of media circus, where people can make up sensational stories and make it big, thanks to the internet.
If we were cheated, we only have ourselves to blame because we don't like listening to plain truth.. we prefer sensational stories. we don't like plain and boring sermon teaching us biblical truth, we want charismatic and hillarious preachers telling us wonderful stuff they made up with their talent.
I guess in this world of lies, we just have to be wise and discerning.
Anyway.. When it comes to things we are unsure of.. I sort of believe in the golden rule that the less you speak, the less chance of you embarassing yourself.
